Warframe Item Upgrader
A player can upgrade the equippable items by interfacing with item upgrader NPCs. Each upgrade increases one stat, and certain upgrades grant additional stats.

To activate the EZ Upgrader, the player must select "Interact" when they interact with the dice outside the restaurant during Preparation Mode. The EZ Upgrader will create blueprints for either appliances or Ingredients. Appliances that have neon blue borders have a zero percent chance of appearing in the shop or on rerolls, while staple appliances like the Danger Hob and Power Sink will not be manufactured. Ingredients and equipment that don't belong to the Staple Pool or the Non-droppable Pool will also never be manufactured through the reroll or shop.
Item upgraders allow players to change the stats of equippable weapons, armor, and trinkets above 385 ilvl. Gear can be upgraded in physical power, spell power or health. The maximum level for these upgrades is 400, and the cost to upgrade them increases as you move up the ilvl ladder.
To maximize the number upgrade options available, players are able to create a variety of Blueprint Cabinets or Copying Desks in one day. This will allow players to add more blueprints onto the list of items the item upgrader creates and will allow players to increase the number of number of rerolls. Making multiple copies and cabinets will delay production.
Set bonus
