World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The item upgrade is a type of enchantment that increases the stats in specific weapons or armor. This includes secondary stats such as Leech or Speed.
A special item for evolution that allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2. This item is available at Pokestops or Gyms.
Universal upgrades can be applied to any type of equipment, and offer smaller bonuses compared to other components that are specific to the type of equipment.
Leveling
Upgrades allow players to upgrade their items by increasing their levels. The level increase also improves the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Each level upgrade increases a stat on the item by +1 and gives an additional bonus based on the level of the item. These extras could range from a +1 to +3 bonus, to an unspecified buff or debuff.
Each item is limited to a certain amount of upgrades. After an upgrade, the item can be changed to a higher-leveled item which is of equal or greater value.
This method is beneficial for players who wish to acquire equipment with a certain level of stats prior to purchasing a new item. Transfer is simple to use and lets players save up on upgrades materials.
Upgrade materials are gathered as players clear their content and are used to improve or replace an item. Each item requires a particular type of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction Stones, while armor requires Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. These materials are renamed after the item is upgraded, for example Stone Fragments become Stones and Harmony Shards become Life Shards.
It is essential to upgrade items to boost a character's performance. However, it is also important to think about how much this will cost. Every time an item is upgraded, the upgrade costs an amount of gold that could be better used on the purchase of a new piece of equipment. This is why it's a good idea to upgrade the most important items in any given situation.
This typically means upgrading the weapon first before the legs and chest, then the helm. If the player can afford it upgrading trinkets must be considered at this point to increase their potential for procs. For example, a high-end Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading due to the more damage that its procs can bring. However, some trinkets should not be upgraded unless they can provide significant improvements in a particular build. This is particularly applicable to breakpoint equipment that is used to boost stats such as IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a technique that lets players alter the stats of the weapon, armor or ring, based on the kind. It can be used to replace bonuses or to add new ones. It can also be used to change the power of the item's base.
While rerolling can be an effective way to increase your power in the initial stages of the game, it's not a mandatory part of the process. Once you hit your goal of upgrading to level 6 it's best to roll down and find the best upgrades that you can, or save up for the next group of items. item upgrading will ensure that you have a strong roster by the time you hit your goal of upgrading to level 9.
The process of rerolling is similar to the level up system. Reroll tokens can be used to remove a Level Up option from your item and swap it for another. However unlike Level Up, reroll tokens don't reset the item's level. This means that if you roll an upgraded item, it will no longer be at the same level and won't have its added bonus.
In addition to rerolling, players can make use of a specific technique called Eliminate to remove any Level Up option from their equipment or weapons. This is a great option in the event that you have a poor gacha or you wish to roll a five-star unit. You'll need to set up a brand new account or sign up via social media.
In every town, you are able to visit an Occultist to change the Aspects or the stats of a weapon or armor. This is helpful if you have a five-star epic unit that you would like to improve or an elite four-star character you are struggling with.
Another method of rerolling an item is using the rerolling tokens obtained through the completion of quests. These can be bought from the Occultist at 300 gold or in holozons, which are dropped by certain dungeons. You can reroll any armor, weapon or ring by moving the icon on the page of your unit with the lock in the desired slot.
Sets
A set is a collection of items that are similar in a way. Sets are utilized every day. For example dozen eggs or a group of friends. They are useful for organizing things and using operations like intersection, union, and differences to manage them effectively. Sets can be used in a variety of ways, including arranging music on a play list or dividing students based on their grades.
In Nioh the game uses Sets to give special effects when players are wearing pieces from a particular armor set. These bonuses are known as Set Bonuses and can be superior to Effects. Although it's not clear how the armor sets need to be worn together in order to create these effects, they are a nice option to play with different effects when playing the game. The armor sets that have Set Bonuses are available in several places throughout Hyrule, including the Dark Moon and Twilight Temple.
Set Bonuses are a part of each piece of equipment within the Set. You can determine the ones you are looking for by hovering over the item and then looking at the tooltip at the bottom. The Set Bonuses will appear in a red box.
Some of these Set Bonuses are specific to a particular piece of equipment. For example, if you have the complete Phantom Armor set you will get +8 defense (compared to the standard +3 defense offered by most gear). Other sets can only be obtained through specific quests or buying them at the Auction House.
It is also possible to obtain Set Bonuses on several pieces of equipment at the same time. If you own the entire Kestra's Descent Set and the corresponding pieces of Twinblade of Shadow, you will be able to get the + version of the set's bonus if you match them.
In contrast to Effects which change every time you upgrade them Set Bonuses are the same, even as the individual pieces of equipment they are connected to rise. However, if an item is exemplarized to levels that are not enough the set bonus will cease working.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are special effects that can appear on a set of equipment that can give a bonus in battle. They give a certain amount of a particular type of stat, like weapon damage, defenses, or even resistances. They cannot stack however, and only one of them will be active at any given moment. The amount of an attribute is determined by the number of pieces in the set. For instance you could have four weapons and three chests but only one of them will be beneficial.
They typically increase the primary stat, but they can increase secondary stats too. Defence bonuses boost three defence positions and two kinds of defenses. For example the five-piece Hundings Rage set will give you 400 defense in your gear. This is a significant boost in your gear for melee.
This is a great feature and one of the most popular in the game. At present, only a handful of gear sets have set bonuses, and they're only available in the Test Realm, but expect the number to increase when the update is live. For instance, the popular 7 school specific Dragoon's gear will get its bonus added when the update hits Live.

Set bonuses cannot be stacked within a set, but they can stack across sets. This is ideal for players that want to use the most effective combination of sets. It does require some planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an item of equipment, so you should be aware when placing them.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that the strength of a set's bonus will not change in the event that you exemplarize more than three levels below the minimum level allowed for an Enhancement of that type. Purple (Very Rare) Sets PvP sets, sets for PvP and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this rule, and their set bonuses work regardless of the degree of exemplars for an item.
